Matt Ward started his insurance career with Iroquois in 1985 after graduating from Bucknell University.  Hired as a Marketing Representative, Matt helped Iroquois expand into Central and Northeastern New York and Western Pennsylvania.  In 1987 he was promoted to Vice President of Marketing.  In 1988, Matt left the Home Office to head a new start-up organization in Virginia.  He built Iroquois of Virginia to over 250 agencies and subsequently expanded throughout the Mid-Atlantic and South. 

In 2009, Matt added the New England states to his management responsibilities.  When not traveling throughout the east coast, he lives in Richmond, VA, with his wife and four children.

 

Kevin joined Iroquois after spending more than twenty years as a successful producer and agency owner. His strong agency background is an excellent asset for Iroquois and its members. Kevin is responsible for serving current Iroquois member agents in New England and adding new members to the network. He lives in Southern New Hampshire with his wife and two children. 

Charlie joins Iroquois after holding various Underwriting, Sales and Marketing positions over the years with Prudential P&C, Farmers Insurance, and most recently Travelers Insurance, where he was the Agency Distribution Director for their Small Business Division. He is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he received a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance. Charlie is responsible for adding new members to Iroquois of New England, primarily in Connecticut & Massachusetts.

Charlie lives in East Hampton, CT with his wife and two daughters.

 

Kathy recently joined Iroquois to lead its expansion in Connecticut and Rhode Island.  She has spent more than twenty years as a producer, manager and owner of various independent agencies in Connecticut.  Kathy's strong agency experience will be a benefit to Iroquois and its Member Agents.

Kathy is married with two children and lives in Southington, CT. 

 

Laura has been serving Iroquois' New England members since 2000. She helps our members write and service business with Chubb, Fireman's Fund, Foremost and Jewelers Mutual. When not working, Laura enjoys walking and gardening. She lives in Washingtonville, NY with her husband and two teenage sons.
